I thoroughly enjoy utilizing multiple modalities to create a holistic treatment plan that is client-centered! All the work I do is trauma-informed, which includes understanding the brain and body, and how to develop skills for recovery.

My education was geared towards psychodynamic, with a strong emphasis on understanding attachment. I trained and practiced as an LGBT therapist integrating additional modalities, such as training in EMDR to understand trauma recovery better, and developing mindfulness practices both personally and as a clinician.

Presently, I am a Ph.D. student studying Integral and Transpersonal Psychology due to my interest in peak human experiences, such as self-actualization, transcendence, and the mystical experience.
